How refunds work

At Pyoras, we strive to provide a seamless vending experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through our vending machines using digital payment methods.
1. Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay using UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, or other supported payment methods.
2. Successful Dispensing
Once the selected beverage or product has been dispensed successfully, the transaction is considered complete and no refund will be issued.
3. Failed Dispensing
If payment is successful but the machine fails to dispense the selected product due to a technical fault, power interruption, stock unavailability, or any machine-related issue, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.
4. Automatic Refunds
Where technically possible, eligible refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
5. Manual Refund Requests
If an automatic refund is not processed, customers may contact our support team with:
- Transaction ID
- Date and time of purchase
- Machine ID or location
- Registered mobile number (if applicable)
- Screenshot of the payment confirmation (if available)
After verification, eligible refunds will be processed.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally initiated within 2 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account depends on the respective bank or payment service provider and may take 5–7 business days.
7. Duplicate Payments
If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
8. Payment Failures
If a payment fails but the customer’s bank account is debited, the amount is usually reversed automatically by the bank or payment provider. If the reversal is not received within the expected time, customers should contact our support team.
